Meet Laurel Parker

I spent decades doing “everything right” and still felt stuck.

With a family history of heart disease, diabetes, and dementia, I was determined to stay healthy. I ate less. I exercised more. I followed the advice I had been given. Even then, I found myself facing pre-diabetes.

Then I discovered the PFC3 lifestyle. No pills. No powders. No deprivation. Just real food, balanced blood sugar, and small daily changes that worked. Within a year, my A1C dropped into a healthy range. Now I help other women learn to become their own nutrition boss.
